1) An air-con after a long period of use, will display the phenomenon of blockage due to a lot of bacteria,dust and fine dirt accumulated in its filtering mesh and interior.The function of its air suction system will be blocked and cold air sent out from its chiller will also weaken. This not only reduces its performance and operation but further aggravates its motive load leading to higher consumption of electricity.

2) When an air-con is blocked and soon break down , it does not send you any signals or warnings. Generally, it will display the following problems,
a) air speed slackens or coldness is insufficient
b) water is dripping or leaking
c) making irregular noise
d) emitting foul odour
e) slight vibration etc.

3) Air conditioning is also very important to our health. The neglect by most house owners is that they forget ot open the window of a room fitted with an air-con, to allow ventilation so as to enable fresh air to circulate and undergo hygienic filtering. If this is not done, the shortage of oxygen may cause nausea and giddiness. 5) Servicing price: One Unit: Rm30.00; two units and above: each units Rm25.00.We ernestly appeal to you to enthusiastically response to and support this plan, so as to allow us to serve you with our high level working attitudes.

6) We guarantee that you will receive satisfaction. Each service will have a service workmanship warrantly for 3 month.
