All-In-One
Package
The comprehensive YORK Flexicool package includes the water
pump, reservoir tank, brazed plate heat exchanger, flow switch,
scroll compressor, condenser coil, filter dryer, pressure tank,
thermostatic expansion tank and temperature sensor.
Horizontal
Multistage End Suction Water Pump
The water pump provides greater suction power, thus allowing
for a more consistent water flow rate.
Brazed
Plate Heat Exchanger
The heat exchanger is designed to create greater turbulence
and provide improved heat transfer efficiency and durability,
thanks to its plate thickness of 0.4mm.
Scroll
Compressor ( for models YAC58A and above )
•
Quiet Operation
The scroll compressor is significantly more silent and provides
consumers with whisper quiet comfort.
•
Higher Reliability
The scroll compressor uses fewer moving parts, ensuring higher
reliability and lower maintenance cost from wear and tear.
|
•
Greater Capability
The radial compliance allows scroll members to separate in the
presence of liquid refrigerants or debris, thus eliminating
high stress and substantially improving the durability of the
compressor.
•
Higher Efficiency
The higher EER of the scroll compressor ensures superior performance
and greater energy savings for consumers.
Perfect
Balance
The low pulse discharge and without-valve design of the scroll
compressor minimizes the vibration of the unit while in operation.
Longer
Piping
The standard maximum pipe length of 100m is usually sufficient
for most applications. Should it be necessary to extend the
piping beyond 100m, YORK Flexicool offers the flexibility to
simply change the pump to suit the applications.
One
System For Many Units
A single YORK Flexicool outdoors condensing unit is capable
of connecting with many fan coil units. This eliminates the
need for numerous individual units, thus saving on space, installation
costs and electricity charges in the long term.
Minimal
Health Risk
In the unlikely event of a leak, the refrigerant gas will be
dispersed to the outside atmosphere, thereby minimizing any
adverse effects on the occupants of the building. |
